The days 22-23 of January it would take place the sixth edition of the Talking Galleries the international event for galleries that gathers more than 200 experts in a space with the purpose of create and sharing points of view, ideas and new concepts in the art sector. The event will take place in the Audit of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA).
Talking Galleries 2018, will gather important figures of art,  as the main speaker this year will be Daniel Templon, who will talk about his career in the art world, and his experienice  through his gallery Daniel Templon, founded in 1966. Among the topic for this edition, we find the future of the art market; new points of view and strategies, how to deal with the family relay, management of the artist’s property, and the emergence of new forms of collaboration between galleries, among others. Furthermore, Some speakers of this edition are; Thaddaeus Ropac, Marc Spiegler experts from the art world, Georgina Adam from Art Newspaper, Jeffrey Boloten from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Vanessa Carlos, Saskia Clifford-Mobley, Nanne Dekking Artory CEO, New York Elizabeth Dee Founder, Independent of New York, Simon de Pury, President of Pury in London, Natasha Hébert owned by Antoni Tàpies of Barcelona, David Juda, Director of Annely Juda Gallery at Christy MacLear of Sotheby’s and more.
